The Abu Dhabi Central Market Redevelopment is a mixed used project placed in the Central Business District of the Emirate city. It includes a Retail area (high end retail plus Souk, the traditional Arabic market) and 3 towers in which are provided luxury apartments, offices and hotels.

Systematica was in charge of the vehicular accessibility, service and car park strategy of the development.
The project was developed alongside Foster + Partners.

External traffic conditions were carefully evaluated, using the micro simulation model S-Paramics, paying attention to the Abu Dhabi traffic development and Central Market service strategy. The car park was analysed in terms of supply and layout. Parking supply was evaluated in accordance with both Municipality and Client needs. Car park layout and management was thoroughly studied in order to achieve an excellent level of service.
