Transforming Brianza: challenges, opportunities and alternatives in the transport and mobility sector

The pandemic generated by Covid-19 has serious consequences on the economic and social system. While this is true, it can also be an opportunity to rethink our productive networks and relaunch development. With this in mind, the Province of Monza and Brianza has launched a series of constructive discussions among major stakeholders aimed at collecting and sharing problems, ideas and proposals from different perspectives so that the post-emergency turns into an opportunity for the development of new models.

Rawad Choubassi, partner and planning director at Systematica, will present “Transforming Brianza: challenges, opportunities and alternatives in the transport and mobility sector”, during which he will provide an analytical reading of the current dynamics of mobility through the display of thematic maps. Furthermore, 4 opportunities will be presented for reimagining new mobility offerings, new land development opportunities and urbanization models that stem from the transport industry’s emerging technologies and the new normal conditions imposed by the pandemic.
