She started collaborating with Systematica in 2006, she  first met Fabio Casiroli at Politecnic of Milan, as her University Professor and started an internship right after his transportation course.  She continued to work for Systematica also after her master’s degree and gained a wide range of experience as a Mobility planner in the masterplanning and urban development field, working among others  with RPBW, Foster and Partners, WATG  and she also worked for various years on the Mobility Masterplan for Tripoli, Libya. In 2019 she started a new collaboration with Systematica as the Regional Representative Germany.

GRAF+BÄDER architects develop projects of different scales from new buildings and refurbishments to masterplans and interior design and styling. The work is focused on function, local and historical context and design attuned to any architectural setting.
Stilla Graf and Michael Bäder, architects of German origin, discover a powerful work synergy due to very different professional backgrounds. In 2015 they found GRAF+BÄDER in Milan.
