The Project consists of leisure and recreational facilities for users coming from close and remote areas. The project includes swimming pools, gymnasia, restaurants, and major celebration and festivity venues such as large banquet halls with auxiliary lodging and recreational facilities.

The Traffic Impact Assessment Report realised for the Port D’amour Development consists of a detailed analysis of current traffic conditions on primary and secondary roads and junctions which surround the development site and of an accurate computation of the generated traffic by the Project and its effects on the external and internal roadway network.

The Project’s nature and complexity is tackled through advanced traffic simulation codes and techniques in order to incorporate all variables and parameters related to vehicular speed, user behaviour, parking system and drop-off/ pick up points, within a single computation and simulation platform to provide scientific-based output.
