BID & Tender Assistant
Systematica keeps on growing and is looking for a bid & tender assistant to support its Bids, Tenders and Business Development team in Milano. The collaborator will monitor national and international tenders, competitions and other opportunities of primary interest for Systematica on a daily basis, support the preparation of application dossiers and update the internal database of administrative documentation as well as communication and commercial material. Main duties are: Scouting, monitoring and analysis of tenders and other opportunities (expressions of interest, procurement notices, competitions, etc.) promoted by national, international, public and private organizations, through online portals and specialized publications; Assist in preparing documentation (administrative / technical / financial) to participate in public or private tender procedures and in the follow-up phases, up to the signing of the contract, strictly respecting times and deadlines; Support the management of the documental electronic archive utilized in tender procedures (CVs of experts, company portfolio, illustrative projects sheets and services presentations, certificates, etc.), update and manage e-portals, monitor expiration dates and deadlines with the utmost accuracy and confidentiality; Support the development and update of dissemination and commercial material (company portfolio, pitch presentations, project sheets, brochures, etc.); Support to the Sales Manager in preparing commercial proposals documentation and in implementing control and monitoring procedures.
Bachelor's degree. A degree in related disciplines (Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning) will be positively evaluated.
Previous work experience in similar roles and in relevant fields is not a requirement, but it will be an advantage for selection purposes.
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English. Knowledge of other languages (in particular French and / or German) will be a plus;
- Full knowledge of Microsoft applications and Office suite. Knowledge of graphic processing software (InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) and digital communication tools will be positively evaluated;
- Ability to manage priorities, resources and workflow even in stressful situations. Ability to independently manage own workload as well as to team up.
