Systematica to Support Phase 2 of Tourism Mobility Strategic Plan in Golfo Tigullio and Golfo Paradiso

Following the successful implementation of the first phase of the tourism mobility plan, launched last May, Systematica will continue its collaboration with local municipalities in the Golfo del Tigullio and Golfo Paradiso.
Phase 1, aimed at regulating the flow of tourist buses, has delivered highly positive results, significantly reducing congestion on the coastal road between Rapallo, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino, commonly known as the Pagana road.
Encouraged by these outcomes, the Mayors of Rapallo and Santa Margherita Ligure, Elisabetta Ricci and Guglielmo Caversazio, together with Mayor of Portofino Matteo Viacava and Mayor of Camogli Giovanni Anelli, met with Systematica’s team to initiate Phase 2 of the integrated tourism mobility strategy.
Thanks to the data collected during the initial phase, the next steps are ready to launch. Phase 2 will include the development of two strategic interchange parkings for large vehicles and the introduction of a digital platform to manage remote access reservations for vehicles over 9.70 metres in length.
This integrated approach marks a key milestone towards a smarter and more sustainable mobility system, enhancing traffic management, environmental protection, and the overall quality of urban space and tourist arrival experience in the Golfo del Tigullio and Paradiso area.
