Systematica US, with Multistudio, StudioMLA, and Vibemap, Win ULI San Francisco Award

We are excited to announce that San Francisco’s Living Heart was selected as one of the winners in the ULI San Francisco Market Street Reimagined competition and was awarded the “Award for Place-Making and Connected Neighborhoods”.
This vision was the result of an exciting collaboration between Systematica US, through our NYC office, and brilliant team members from Multistudio, StudioMLA, and Vibemap. Together, we dived deep into Market Streets past to assemble an approach to bridge the gap between what Market Street can be and it is now.
To use the jurors’ words, this vision “invests in four nodes by better integrating transit and ecology, designing for flexibility, creating more places for people, and strengthening the connections of these four areas to their adjacent areas off Market Street.”
Transportation is at the center of the project, acknowledging a hierarchy of city-wide and local mobility layers that actively interact with public space and space activation strategies.
Thank you to ULI San Francisco, Civic Joy Fund, Daniel Lurie 丹尼爾·羅偉, Ned Segal, the jurors Alicia John-Baptiste, Alma Du Solier, John King, Janette Sadik-Khan, Norman Foster, and many others for this recognition.
