We are pleased to share that Rawad Choubassi, Senior Partner and Managing Director, and Xenia Adjoubei Kwan, Principal and Growth Lead, were recently featured in the latest CoMotion Innovators Q&A interview by CoMotion. 

The conversation explores the ideas behind our book, UX Mobility, and the vision shaping a new approach to mobility planning. 

In the interview, Rawad and Xenia discuss how the concept of UX Mobility challenges traditional transportation metrics such as “Level of Service”, which focuses on maximizing the flow of vehicles through an intersection. Instead, Systematica proposes a more human-centered framework that views mobility through the lens of user experience. 

The discussion highlights how complete streets, experiential transit, and autonomous vehicles can work together to create urban environments that are more inclusive, engaging, and people-centered.
