Operations Manager

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to join our dynamic and growing team in Milan promptly for the position of Operations Manager. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day operational management of the technical unit. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and ensure the successful execution of projects. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership, and a keen focus on operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop a main overall timeline of all projects based on input from different Project Directors/ Managers
- Develop resource scheduling and staff deployment schemes and strategies
- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve corporate’s goals and objectives
- Inquire about internal specializations and identify gaps
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects on time and within budget
- Monitor key project milestones and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Overview productivity levels in different months of the year and manage shortfall in advance
- Liaise with all departments to collect data and information, mainly the Technical Unit, the Business Development Team and the Board of Directors to facilitate communication and alignment
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects and operations and implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges
- Report Monthly to the Board
- Arrange periodic coordination meeting amongst Project Leads, Managers and Directors.

Secondary Responsibilities:

- Support in defining growth strategies and team structure
- Support in identifying points of weaknesses from an organization point of view and assist in improving them
- Implement best practices and tools to streamline strategic consultancy, planning and design processes
