Ibri Structure Plan

Systematica is proud to have played a key role as the mobility consultant for the Ibri Structure Plan in Oman, commissioned by the Ministry of Housing & Urban Planning, and to have successfully delivered the project.​

​The Ibri Structure Plan sets out a statutory framework to guide the long-term growth and development of the Ibri urban area—integrating services, infrastructure, land use, and economic planning into a unified vision for the future.​

​We led the development of the city’s mobility and transport strategies in alignment with regional policies. Our involvement consisted of a series of targeted actions, including:​

– GIS data collection and spatial analysis​
– Coordination of traffic surveys​
– Traffic modelling (development and calibration)​
– Proposition of transport systems infrastructure​
– Development of future mobility policies and guidelines​​

All aimed at improving accessibility, reducing congestion and accidents, and promoting sustainable mobility solutions across the city.
