Marriam Iqbal

Marriam joined Systematica in 2023 as a Mobility Consultant. She develops and implements strategies for improving transportation networks. She collects, analyses, and interprets data related to traffic patterns, public transportation usage, and mobility trends to inform planning decisions. She uses tools like GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and modelling software to evaluate and predict traffic trends, transit needs, and environmental impacts. 

Marriam developed strategic mobility solutions for multi-scale projects—from architectural interventions to large-scale urban development, integrating GIS and Space Syntax methodologies to analyze spatial networks and inform planning decisions. She conducted accessibility assessments, multimodal network analysis, and pedestrian flow studies to support sustainable and inclusive transport strategies. She contributed to transit-oriented development, urban regeneration, and public space design by translating complex spatial data into actionable planning insights.
