Sam Sklar joined Systematica in 2024. He has an extensive transportation planning and policy background earned over the last 8 years working on projects all over the United States and a Masters Degree in Sustainable Transportation and Infrastructure Planning from the University of Pennsylvania’s Weitzman School of Design. Since joining Systematica, he has expanded his breadth of experience to projects in the Middle East and Canada. Sam’s expertise is blending urban design with policy reform and skilled communications and his projects reflect this multidisciplinary approach. He will continue working across cultures and data systems to bring actionable insights to clients across the world. 

He previously worked as a Director in the Transportation Economics group at Econsult Solutions, based in Philadelphia, PA, United States and as a Program Associate and Project Manager at Transportation for America based in Washington, DC.
