Progress on the New Hellas Verona Stadium

A new chapter is opening for Hellas Verona FC’s stadium. With the submission of the Feasibility Document for Project Alternatives to the Municipality of Verona, the development of the new stadium can now move into its next phase.

The vision is for a next-generation 30,000-seat venue, designed to meet the requirements for UEFA Euro 2032, replacing the existing Bentegodi Stadium.

Beyond match days, the Hellas Verona stadium is conceived as a year-round destination for events, hospitality, entertainment and more, thus creating new opportunities for the city, its residents and the wider territory.

We are glad to be part of an amazing design team alongside Gensler, Progetto CMR, Sportium, iDEAS, Arup, Gad Foundation, KPMG, Linklaters, SI – Studio Inzaghi under the coordination of Colliers as project manager.

Our contribution will focus on transport infrastructure, drawing on our experience across major stadium public venue projects to optimize movements and guarantee a positive experience for spectators, staff and the surrounding neighborhood.
