Work Begins on the Masterplan for Noah Park in Yerevan

A new hub for sport, community, and entertainment.

We are pleased to kick-off work on the Noah Park masterplan in Yerevan, Armenia, and to join an all-Italian team: Atelier(s) Alfonso Femia and Gau Arena for architecture and sports services, B&C Associati for structural engineering, TEKNE SpA for engineering.

We will contribute to developing the masterplan’s accessibility and mobility strategies, and support stadium crowd management activities.

The project is inspired by the vision of FC Noah, Armenia’s national champion. It aims to reimagine an entire urban district and create a vibrant destination with long-lasting value, all supported by innovative mobility infrastructure.

Designed to be active well beyond match days, Noah Park will combine a 15,500 seats stadium, a football academy, extensive park and public spaces, and multifunctional facilities that serves not only the needs of football fans, but also gives back to the local community.
