Snam: new headquarter in Milan in Symbiosis district

Covivio has recently finalised the sale and purchase agreement with SNAM for one of the properties that is currently under construction in the Symbiosis district. The building will house the company’s headquarters when it is completed in early 2024.

With a large amount of green space and perfectly integrated into its surroundings, it will actively contribute to the urban regeneration of the southern area of Porta Romana.

Systematica supported the project team in the analysis of pedestrian and vehicle flows and the dimensioning of the lift system.
