Systematica at Moscow Urban Forum 2014
Diego Deponte, Systematica Partner and Transport Engineer, joined the IV Moscow Urban Forum, the international event for discussions between some of world’s most acknowledged experts in city planning and urban development. The manifesto of IV Moscow Urban Forum was “drivers of city development”.
During the three-day-forum Diego Deponte focused his speech on the Urban Transportation Hubs, investigating on how these can be turned from simple transport nodes into multi-scaled polarities, capable to address urban development. The thoughts presented by Diego Deponte at the IV Moscow Urban Forum recalls Systematica ongoing researches that consider Urban Transportation Hubs as a combination of interchange effectiveness and capability to provide urban functions and services to large urban portions through high accessibility.
