Business Developers
Jim MacNeil joined Systematica in 2022 to support the company business development strategies, as well as to develop his skills as a transportation consultant, focusing both of these roles on expanding Systematica’s presence and services in the United States.
Prior to joining Systematica, he gained experience in various professions and countries, from working as an operations’ manager for several years at an investment bank, to teaching English in Thailand and Italy, and then embarking on the journey to obtain his PhD.
Jim earned his PhD in Urban Studies from the University of Milano-Bicocca (Italy) in 2020, focusing his thesis on participative urban regeneration processes in disadvantaged neighbourhoods. He earned his Master’s degree in Transport Planning from the University of Leeds (UK) in 2013 and his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Salem State University (USA) in 2009.
