Horizon 2020 DIAMOND Project surveys for increasing gender equality in transport sector
Systematica is part of the multidisciplinary team researching on gender equality on transport sector for the EU Horizon 2020 research project titled DIAMOND – Revealing fair and actionable knowledge from data to support women’s inclusion in transport systems.
DIAMOND project is focused on four use cases of:
Railways and public multimodal transport mainly metro and urban rail;
Automated vehicles;
Vehicle sharing mainly bicycle sharing and
Corporate social responsibility and employment that focuses on gender equality in recruitment in transport sector
Systematica is leading the data collection campaigns for the project, from different data sources consisting in structured data focused on urban characteristics and quality of transport offer, observations, user satisfaction questionnaires data collection campaigns, social media and DAD (Dynamic Argumentative Delphi) surveys to understand and analyse the needs and barriers for the end users in transport sector. These data collection campaigns are launched in 7 European countries – Italy, Spain, Poland, Ireland, France, UK and Serbia.
In this regard, we would like to invite you to take part in these surveys on the link below, which is available in different languages and that won’t take more than 20 minutes to fill. This will enormously help DIAMOND project team to consolidate actionable knowledge for achieving gender equitable and inclusive transport systems for the future that would be used by a wide range of professionals, from transport authorities to policy makers and transport planners across Europe.
