Mumbai: Systematica for Parking Consultancy and Strategic Advisory

Systematica is empanelled by the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) for carrying out consultancy and advisory services for the analysis and validation of Public Private Parking initiatives proposed by private developers. The empanelment process was governed through a regular tender, followed by presentations of each firm of its method and approach to services and accordingly the tender was awarded. The appointment entails a 3-year agreement, extendable, for acting as a peer reviewer for validating parking demand estimations and evaluating the impacts of the Project on the external roadway network through advanced traffic modelling and simulation techniques. To date Systematica has been appointed by a number of Private developers for carrying out this study on tens of project in Greater Mumbai.
