Kuala Lumpur: Systematica for My Town Development Project

Systematica will be part of the international team responsible for the retail-led mixed-use development at Jalan Cochrane, Kuala Lumpur.

The project will be wide approximately 100,000 sqm GLA and will consist of a mixed-use component comprising a shopping mall, offices, serviced apartments for sale and serviced apartments for rent.

Systematica will undertake a Peer review of the current Traffic Impact Assessment for the Shopping centre identifying any required improvements/modifications and or omissions to current design and in conjunction with the Peer review it will also provide a separate proposal for a detailed Car Park engineering study across the site.
