Toppen Shopping Center is Inaugurated

Systematica is delighted to inform you about the inauguration of our project “Toppen Shopping Center” in Johor Bahru, Malaysia on November 13.

The mega mall, which is connected to IKEA Tebrau will attract visitors both from Malaysia and neighboring Singapore. It is the third shopping mall in Malaysia that is anchored by IKEA, and the second collaboration of Systematica after MyTown in Kuala Lumpur. Toppen Shopping Center is expected to attract more than 15 million residents and tourists by 2020.

Systematica’s advisory as traffic and mobility consultant consists in all issues related to accessibility, parking design and parking management strategies, validated using advanced and sophisticated dynamic simulation software.
