In 2016, after the completion of the study for the West Podium, Systematica is appointed to assess the mobility patterns of East Mall, with peculiar regard to the internal circulation within the shopping centre and the connection with Merdeka MRT station, opened in June 2017.

Between 2015 and 2016, Polygone shopping mall underwent a comprehensive renovation project aiming to exploit its urban location and shopping vitality. Hinging the historical city- centre and the Antigone neighbourhood, Polygone shopping mall hosts a multi-storey parking, a semi-public linkage connecting two different urban levels (Passage Hermès), four anchors in correspondence of the entrances and several shops.

Curno Shopping Centre represents the anchor of the overall Curno Retail Park. The Retail Park is composed by the mall (hosting an Auchan Superstore and 70 minor shops), several other retailers, a multi-screen cinema and office buildings. The Retail Park parking and accessibility system is mainly based on one single road and on Mall’s parking (total capacity of around 2,000 cars) showing some critical points during peak times.

The Hermitage Development is mainly characterized by two twin towers that will be erected with height that reaches a few meters lower than the Eiffel Tower.
